Justin Dion is an experienced attorney, professor, and expert in legal education, with over two decades of guiding students toward academic success and bar exam readiness. As the founder of FinalStep Legal Coaching LLC, Justin has helped students at every stage of their legal journey. He currently serves as Assistant Dean of Academic and Bar Success at Western New England University School of Law, where he designs and leads programs focused on student success and bar exam preparation.
With a background in law, psychology, and education, Justin combines practical strategy with personalized mentorship to offer uniquely effective coaching. Whether you’re preparing for your 1L year, navigating a U.S. legal program as an international student, or aiming to pass the bar exam, Justin provides the tools and mindset necessary for success.
