The services offered are independent, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, bar review company, bar wxam,or other academic institution.

While FinalStep Legal Coaching, LLC, makes every effort to provide high-quality support, strategies, and guidance, we do not guarantee that any client will:
– Gain admission to law school,
– Succeed academically in law school,
– Pass the bar exam, or
– Achieve any particular outcome in their legal or professional career.

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that your results will depend on many factors, including your effort, background, and external circumstances, which are beyond the control of FinalStep Legal Coaching, LLC.

Refund & Attendance Policy:
All scheduled coaching sessions, classes, or meetings must be attended as agreed. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows. Rescheduling requests must comply with any stated rescheduling policies provided at the time of enrollment.

Jurisdiction, Choice of Law, and Dispute Resolution
By using this site or enrolling in services, you agree that:

The terms and any disputes related to these services shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Massachusetts, with costs split evenly between the parties.

By purchasing these services, you agree to these terms and you waive the right to pursue claims through court litigation or class actions.
